Mine is not a social anxiety problem but more of the regular anxiety. Some of the symptoms happen but sometimes just making myself busy at least gets my mind off things, making me more less anxious. Now that I have read the symptoms above, it made me realize that I that focussing on how to control it is one way of solving my anxieties. Thanks.
