I bought this product thinking it would replace the usual senior multivitamin and mineral pills which were too large for my husband to swallow. However, on seeing the contents list, it does not include most of the minerals like calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, etc. Crushing the usual pills and putting them in applesauce works fine and is cheaper.

I have noticed that my hair grows faster since I converted to liquid supplements. I now am convinced we just can’t process all those pills. I have been using this for about 3 months now. Ok taste, I don’t gag anyway. Only frustration is that you can’t really get all the product out the bottle, some always stays due to the valve thing. Sqeezing the liquid up just does not empty the bottle.
