I was tired of just having a mediocre body. I figured that if I was going to spend all this time working out; I wanted it to be worth it. I have been going to the gym steadily for the last couple of years and have see improvement in my strength and some muscle size but after using this product for a couple of months, it put me in another category. The muscles in my arms and torso are much more well defined. I retain that ‘just worked out’ muscle tone look for much longer after I work out also. I first noticed a difference after about 2 1/2 weeks and I can see things continuing to improve. It makes me wonder how many other guys and or women are using this but just not talking about it.

I like to use this in combination with Tribulus Raw Power as part of my fitness program. I am not a power lifter but I like to stay in shape and increase my muscle mass. Some of the other guys at the gym recommended this product. I have only been using it for about 3 weeks now but have already notice a difference in my bulk and tone. It is a nice safe product which is more than I can say for the most popular ones out there. Be careful what you use in your body!

I do not have a wide torso and am a type A personality so I do not normally gain weight- fat or muscle mass. I had tried a couple of the more popular products but wasnt having any luck. I found this product and have been happy with the results so far. I am on my third month and am ready to buy more. I started to notice a real difference in my arms and shoulders after about 2 weeks and then at week 6, I had gained 8 pounds and my stomach and legs had caught up with my arms in terms of looking more muscluar and moving up the weight lifting milestones faster. I am getting stronger on this product and no longer feel like I am always going to look like a weakling. If it continues like this for the next year then I will be a whole different person.

I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because even though I love it, I have only been using it for about 7 weeks. I work out a lot for cardio but back about a year ago my friends got me into weight lifting. I was hoping to get a nice six back and some nice body definition but wasnt really getting there. I tried a couple of products similar to this that really didnt give me any results.
I first started noticing differences after about 3 weeks. My muscles were getting bigger and I was starting to get some nice definition on my stomach. It is fun to see the improvement over time. My body is starting to get more defined but I know it will take more time. In my case, I am convinced that this product is making the difference for me. I got a friend to try it now but he is just starting up on it.
